Phillippine Nickel Industry Association (PNIA) President Dante Bravo outlined the growth of the Philippine Mining Industry, particularly in the nickel sector, and its impact on the mining industry in the Southeast Asian Region in 5th Annual Mining Investment Asia forum held in Singapore.
Bravo was joined by PNIA Executive Director Charmaine Olea-Capili who was there to talk about the invaluable contributions of women in the mining industry.
Prior to their engagement with Mining Investment Asia, PNIA spearheaded the most ambitious gathering of mining leaders in the Philippines through its Philippine Nickel Initiative 2019. “The Nickel Initiative 2019 is our way forward into the future,” said Bravo. “We envision a nickel industry as a driver of economic progress in the Philippines and around the world. We are committed to further exploring partnerships with international industry leaders to work together and bring investment into the Philippines.” ###
